Login unresponsive (Passkey error)?

I clicked "Login" but nothing happened?

This is a common issue caused by browser or device settings. Please check the following:

  1. Check Screen Lock: Your device MUST have a screen lock enabled (PIN, Pattern, Fingerprint, or FaceID). If no screen lock is set, Passkeys will not function.

  2. Browser: Ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Edge. Do not use Incognito tabs or 3rd-party app Web Views (Telegram, WeChat, KaKao), as Passkeys may be blocked.

  3. Bluetooth: If you are logging into a PC using your phone, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
