How do I log in on a new device (e.g., switching from iPhone to PC)?
You can use one of the following three methods:
Cloud Sync: If both devices share the same iCloud (Apple) or Google Password Manager (Android/Chrome) account, your Passkey will sync automatically. You only need a biometric scan to access your account.
QR Code Scan - Cross Device: On your PC, select login and choose "Use another device" (or "iPhone/iPad/Android"). A QR code will appear on the PC screen. Use the camera of the phone that already has the account to scan the QR code and authorize the login.
Authorize New Device: On the new browser, cancel the default Passkey popup; the system will automatically trigger the "Connect New Device" flow. You will be prompted to create a new Passkey on the new device. Log in on an old device and use the existing Passkey to authenticate (after completing a Visual Challenge to ensure security).
