1. BullBit Liquidity Provider Vault (HLP)

This vault is protocol-managed and community-owned, serving two critical functions:

• Market Making: Actively provides two-sided liquidity on the order book by placing buy/sell orders using BNB capital deposited by users.

• Liquidation Handling: Acts as a backstop for liquidations that cannot be closed through the order book.

• P&L Sharing: All net profits and losses from market making, trading fees, funding, and liquidations are distributed to BNB depositors proportionally. The HLP takes no management fees or profit share.

• Democratized Yield: Enables the community to participate in and benefit from market making and liquidation activities traditionally reserved for institutions.

Anyone can create their own Vault to execute trading strategies and allow others to follow:

• Copy-Trading: Users (depositors) can allocate BNB into Vaults managed by other traders (leaders) and automatically mirror their strategies.

• Profit Sharing: Depositors receive a proportional share of P&L, while Vault Leaders earn 10% of the profits as a management incentive.

• Low Barriers to Entry: Creating a Vault is relatively easy, encouraging traders to share strategies.

• AI Enhancement: AI tools can help users assess Vault Leader risk, recommend suitable Vaults, and even optimize the copy-trading process.
