Why isn't the balance updated after a successful transfer?

My transfer was successful, but why isn't the balance showing on Bullbit?

Typically, funds are credited immediately after blockchain confirmation (approx. 1–2 minutes). If your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, please verify the following:

  1. Check TxID: Confirm that the transaction status on your sending wallet is "Success."

  2. Check Network: Ensure that you selected the Base network for the transfer.

  3. System Sync: Occasionally, the Base network experiences congestion, causing a delay in Bullbit’s display update. Your assets remain secure on the blockchain during this process.
