Bullbit Vault is a breakthrough decentralized financial product designed to democratize core exchange-level activities. It enables everyday users to participate in, and earn revenue from, income streams traditionally reserved for professional institutions.

With Bullbit Vaults, users can deposit assets and earn profits while AI systems or Vault Leaders manage execution on their behalf. Each vault operates with predefined strategies, optimized for yield, risk tolerance, and trading style - enabling users to benefit from AI-managed or community-led trading without manual effort. The BLP Vault also provides additional opportunities through market-making and liquidation rewards. Smart Vaults allow anyone to earn passively while relying on advanced strategy execution. User Participation Mechanism Participation in the Vault is designed to be simple, transparent, and accessible to all:

• Deposit: Any user can deposit stablecoins (e.g., USDC) into the Bullbit Vault smart contract to become a Liquidity Provider (LP).

• Profit Allocation: Net Asset Value (NAV) — representing total net profit or loss — is calculated transparently from both market-making activities and liquidation management. Earnings are periodically distributed to all contributors based on their proportional share of the Vault.

• Withdrawal Policy: To maintain stability, deposits are subject to a minimum lock-up period (e.g., 7 days). After the lock-up expires, users may request to withdraw part or all of their funds and accumulate profit. Withdrawals are processed on a scheduled cycle to ensure uninterrupted Vault operations.
