* Step 4: Select the category that matches your issue:
  * Technical Issues: Connection errors, display bugs.
  * Deposit/Withdrawal: Funds not received, stuck withdrawal orders.
  * Account: Referral codes, Secret Code inquiries.
* Step 5: Fill out the form (Wallet address, TxID, Description) and attach your screenshots.
